This is a personal project that started from my desire and curiosity to experiment
and have fun with web design and branding. ‘The Travelling Bean’ stemmed out of
my personal interest in coffee and coffee brewing. Self-isolating during the early stages
of COVID-19 changed my habits of buying coffee from a cafe to brewing my own cup
at home. Without the ability to go in store, and the increasing demand for online shopping, I created a website including a questionnaire for bean suggestions that would be tailored to the individual based on what answers they select. Though this method of choosing beans online is surfaced more recently these days, this project allowed myself to design the packaging, icons and layout to unify ‘The Travelling Bean’ brand.
